I trust this dude, but anyone take issue with any of these steps? I'm wondering why he cooks the gizzards for 8 hours if the crockpot is set to HIGH. Is that correct? If I want to use chicken livers, what's the process for getting them ready before adding to the other ingredients? Sauté in butter, season and chop?
