Nice! I've been wanting to plank some salmon all summer and think I may try his recipe. It's a lot healthier than what I've done in the past.

This Char Siu rotisserie pork shoulder ranks among the top five things I've ever cooked or eaten.

Cheap, easy and fucking delicious.

Might try subbing Sweet Chili Sauce for some of the honey next time.

I did this one last week as well.

Just finished off the leftovers and it fucking ruled too.

Nicks name, get a rotisserie, it adds a whole new dimension to the grill, and the one I got was only like $30 and it works great.

I have a Weber kettle grill and their rotiserrie attachment is unfortunately about $100 more than that! That's the reason I haven't pulled the trigger yet...
