Brilliant? Stupid?

Are you referring to their hours?

Carnival Food, 2235 Covington Pike, is open daily from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. (although it will close at 9 p.m. if no customers are there).

ha! everybody else in the country is busy with artisinal pizza and locally raised home cured bacon. Memphis is working carnival food. gotta love it.

too bad about that Zippin Pippin tho. it would've made a hell of a buffet station.

I got a tattoo done right next door to that place and any time I'd go by to set up appointments or get a touch up or whatever they'd always have a DJ blasting rap outside. You could hear it driving down Covington Pike. Gotta admit it smelled pretty good though

No longer located on Covington Pike. It's now next to Cordova Movie theater on Germantown PKway.
