I've probably mentioned this in passing in another thread, but since I just ate some, gotta post it again.
What's the shittiest part about eggs benedict? English toast! That shit gets in the way! Have it on the side with some raspberry jelly, for crissakes!
Anyways, on to the recipe...
-Potatoes O'Brien, I use the Fred Meyer's frozen ones, and add a little garlic.
-wait about 5 mins for the taters to get going.
-In a separate skillet, heat up a couple of ham steaks - I heat them up on low heat.
-get a saucepan out and work on some McCormick's Hollandaise sauce.
-In yet another skillet, rock up two sunnyside up eggs.
Stack your plate thusly:
