we made lamb on the grill the other night (friday) which kind of served as our easter dinner. it was a typically greek dinner now that i think about it (lamb rubbed with olive oil & oregano, parley, rosemary, chervil), orzo cooked in an orange juiced tomato sauce, artichokes parboiled then oiled/oregano'd & grilled... kale sauteed in garlic, oil & lemon
i am a BIG fan of reduced Dr Pepper glaze carney. bravo!
