I already had an amazing brunch of mimosas and the following:

Poached eggs with a crab and artichoke heart ragout on a piece of sourdough toast with hollandaise...and a side of roasted potatoes.

we made lamb on the grill the other night (friday) which kind of served as our easter dinner. it was a typically greek dinner now that i think about it (lamb rubbed with olive oil & oregano, parley, rosemary, chervil), orzo cooked in an orange juiced tomato sauce, artichokes parboiled then oiled/oregano'd & grilled... kale sauteed in garlic, oil & lemon

i am a BIG fan of reduced Dr Pepper glaze carney. bravo!

We ate a cochon de lait last night, and I snacked on cracklin in the car all afternoon. I think we\'ll be taking it easy tonight.

Hope yer erster stew turn out good.

Ooh!

Erster Easter Stew was good stuff. I added cayenne and there was tons of butter in it. I was about to say YUM but it reminded me too much of Rachel Ray so let's just say...it was fantastic.

um, hello? ativan?? you made me laugh and smile. awesome. i don't do easter. i don't have that. but so far, i've had a oaxacan taco and soup, been hung over and had 2 martini's.

cooked up like a 15lb ham at work today, turned out pretty good. used the brown sugar-mustard-oj goo for it.made up potatoes and all the regular stuff, im ready for sandwiches tomorrow
