What is it with smartasses like Matthhhew on serious foodie boards like this. "take out the seeds". Not a watermelon Matththtew.

Anyway, I baked a whole ham last year. So I didn't smoke it. But the reason I'm replying is the ham i baked had the skin on it and it got all crispy. dayum. that fatty skin was really addictive.

i can tellyou how to do BBQ...

get sum smok'n chips, soak em over night, fire up the grill,drain the chips throw em on the white coals throw the ham on the grill, stick the lid on the grill, open the hole on the lid and for get about it for about two to three hrs.
