chewing one up, gagging on it and spitting it into my chocolate milk!!!!!
Seriously good, simple recipe:
Sprouts... cut a "+" shape on the ass-end (the bottom, the hard part- makes cooking 'em go WAY faster)
Throw in cast iron skillet
Buncha olive oil (and a little butter, if you want)
Cook slowly for a while
Add stone-ground mustard- not a lot, but not too little, either... enough so that some mustard-olive oil mixture gets on every sprout
Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
That's it, and it's the JAM! MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!
