I just made these.
Cut smallish white potatoes into 4 wedges. Put them in a glass baking dish. Pour olive oil over them. Pour hot sauce over them (Crystal tonight). Salt and pepper. Bake at 375 for a good while...45 minutes or an hour. Turn them a couple of times. Take them out and put more salt on them.
I don't eat salt except for potatoes and eggs. You don't have to salt this to eternity....
Super simple. We're also having chicken strips and green beans, and that weird spinach I cook five times a week.
