Become a tad pudgier since this new topic?
I confess, I have.
I have made Red Beans and Rice "fancy homade style" three times since it's inception.
And not just made it, but made alot of it. In bulk for leftovers.
And Soups. And Chilli. And Steak. And Bacon. And Cheese. And Pasta.
I am enthralled, but I eat more.
