who loves em? what toppings/stuffings?

cheese blintzes! nice topped w/ some kinda fruity sauce

crepes... my weakness. i like em sweet or savory but they cannot be the overstuffed USA idea of a crepe
i like the buckwheat crepe with gorgonzola, prosciutto and walnuts...
i like the crepe w/ nutella!
i like the crepe w/ butter and lemon and powdered sugar over it
i like the crepe w/ just about anything so long as it is reasonably stuffed. over here in the USA, they tend to make em like giant burritos. that's bad
i also like them about 8" in diameter, so the finished product is kinda small

blini = only a couple ways
creme fraiche always, then topped w/ caviar (real thing OR even lumpfish is OK), salmon or other smoked fish

growing up crepes were 'monday nights'. don't really go out of my way to eat them these days.

Does that crepe chain-restaurant, The Magic Pan, still exist? It used to be in a lot of malls in the 70's-80's.

I used to love that place. i remember lotsa fire. kids like fire when they are kids.

malls suck nowadays. cinnabuns and tcby could use some fire.
