cheese blintzes! nice topped w/ some kinda fruity sauce
crepes... my weakness. i like em sweet or savory but they cannot be the overstuffed USA idea of a crepe
i like the buckwheat crepe with gorgonzola, prosciutto and walnuts...
i like the crepe w/ nutella!
i like the crepe w/ butter and lemon and powdered sugar over it
i like the crepe w/ just about anything so long as it is reasonably stuffed. over here in the USA, they tend to make em like giant burritos. that's bad
i also like them about 8" in diameter, so the finished product is kinda small
blini = only a couple ways
creme fraiche always, then topped w/ caviar (real thing OR even lumpfish is OK), salmon or other smoked fish
