Goner Message Board / Food & Drink / Reating FRESH Pasta?
Posted: Jan 11, 2006 6:27 pm

Can this be done? I have a bit of uncooked fresh tagliatelle I'd like to heat up to reheat with sauce for lunch tomorrow...remember, this would have to be done in a microwave.

i do this on occasion, i'll make extra the night before, just make sure you cover the pasta with sauce so it dosen't dry out. It is not as good as the night before, but tolerable.

All the eGullet.org foodie snobs are saying don't even try--just freeze it instead cos it won't hold up as well as cooked dried pasta does. Thanks lute...
