Equal parts cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, sharp cheddar & about half a bottle of Frank's hot sauce- melt it all together. You can spread it on just about anything & you'll be in paradise.

I second the chocolate and bourbon deal. Perfect.

On the Eggo waffle tip, last weekend I had an Eggo smothered with mascarpone. Mind blowingly good.

Put a little cream cheese on a Triscuit (the garlic herb ones are good), and put just a tad of calamata olive paste on top.

I get the olive paste at the Phoenicia Bakery in Austin. I guess the folks who run it are Phoencian.
