my fridge is full of mustard...

best mustards i've had are from vineyards - and orange zinfandel grainy mustard from a winery in santa cruz.... you could eat spoonfuls of it!

Spicy brown mustard. Especially Mr. Mustard! I love it. The only reason I love pretzels is that they are a vehicle for mustard!

OK--try the Beaufor mustards. We have Moutarde de Ancienne (Whole Grain) and the Moutarde de Dijon (extra strong).

Those Beaufor mustards are the shit. That's what gets used in most of Portland's "good" restaurants.

Both the Ancienne and the Dijon rule.

I bought some fancy mustard in Paris- it's like dijon, sorta creamy and strong, but with smoked earl grey tea leaves added to it. It's pretty wild tasting.

I love the West Side Market. April in Cleveland brings to mind little old ladies and their hand-made pierogies. 1000x better than those frozen Mrs. T's you get at the grocery store.

i too love that west side market. i used to walk there every day from tremont during the 2 1/2 months i was in cleveland... brought home interesting pierogies each day, too.
there's a vendor in there called "Theresa's Bakery" but she's not so good... still, i related. i love baked goods.

When you eat crabs there's this yellow crab goop inside that's commonly called "mustard." It's tastes nothing like mustard, but it's not half bad either.
