I cooked one for the first time this xmas.
It turned out okay.
I took it out and thought it was too undercooked, so I put it back in for another 10 minutes and then I let it sit for 3o minutes like instructed. Then after that, the meat thermometer registered "medium well"!!! Undercooked is better than overcooked!
