I cooked one for the first time this xmas.
It turned out okay.
I took it out and thought it was too undercooked, so I put it back in for another 10 minutes and then I let it sit for 3o minutes like instructed. Then after that, the meat thermometer registered "medium well"!!! Undercooked is better than overcooked!

hrmm. never had tried leg of lamb before. what is it like consistency-wise? anything comparable?

Undercooked is better than overcooked!
