TK told me they was taking a break form the zine and planning a coffee table book of surreal gynecological exploits, band photos and reviews of the fine wines they been spillin' (think Wine Taster meets Cheri + or Vice for non whiggers).

Posted: Oct 26, 2005 3:16 pm

Sometime next year, we'll be putting out the definitive HA compilation LP/CD on Swami records with rare & unreleased tracks from the best bands of the last 8 years. Hopefully the CD edition will be enahanced with videos, too. After that will be a comprehensive coffee-table book chock full of Canderson's photos and embarrassing letters & reprints from the past 15 issues. Otherwise, there was a whole lotta usurping goin' on and we needed to kill the monster before it got out of hand. And when 'hozac' became an ebay reference term, it was pretty hard to swallow.
And didn't anyone catch the Fat Wreckords ad on the last page of the last issue? That was the first sign of our apocalypse.
And if you all can't already tell, 2005 is a very pivotal year for music and everything else. The end of, and beginning of a new cycle, in all aspects.

the lp/cd and coffee table book sound cool. way to go out gracefully hozac.

Yes, if you mean that both mags are aimed at semi-literate 13 year old boys.

18 year old boys, dipshit.
Posted: Oct 28, 2005 9:36 pm

Uncle Ted, you shouldn't have used the word 'pulchritudinous' in that last issue, as that's 12th grade vernakular!
