I saw The Specimen. Einsturzende Neubauten opened for them and lit the stage on fire. It was rad and I was stoned to the point of immobility.

Specimen fans. I think their best song is "Syria" of course.....

Even though this ain't a serious thread about goth-punk/death rock, I like some a lot....Rudimentary Peni, Southern Death Cult and the 1st Christian Death....45 Grave?

I also have this weird Andi Sex Gang/Marc Almond single that I can't seem to give up..I should stop listening to music.

First Christian Death is great!
"Romeo's Distress" is one of my all time favorite songs! Major punk cred for having Rikk Agnew from the Adolescents. That picture of him holding that dead cat on the back is classic.

Early Ministry is really good too.

My Trenchoat has deep pockets, so i can carry commando kives and slice my enemies throat while i stalk them in my blood filled dungeon.

I like the first Christian Death album also, but I really like their song on Hell Comes to Your House. "Dogs"? That's a great creeper. Anyone ever see the weird photo spread of Rozz in No Mag? All covered in Saran Wrap; he was a freak, for sure.

This calls for a stupid joke:
A man goes to see his psychiatrist wearing just saran wrap and his shrink says....
clearly I can see your nuts.

That ain't no stupid joke. That's pure solid gold.

I don't even know what goth is any more, but I still like Fields of the Nephilim, Current 93, Bauhaus, and the rest of the top 40 goth stuff.
