The new OFF! record is neat.

My Gospel group is still waiting to make its debut (if you're reading Zac and Eric).

We do a rad version of "Let There Be Peace on Earth".

Mente, every damn day
Posted: May 22, 2012 6:04 pm
Just saw OFF! play at Amoeba couple Saturdays ago. Don't know the Circle Jerks' stuff all that well but it was really good.
Posted: May 22, 2012 6:18 pm
I prefer Jerks, but it's different. I thought it had a sort of weird angular Black Flag vibe, Joe T compares it to B'last. It's better than Queens of the Stone Age or some other shit though.

I say yes. He was pretty damn great at the Pop. I remember his amp going out and him just finishing a song with drums and vocals...it ruled. Hey, is that kid friendly show Sunday at the hi tone a guarantee that at no time will your balls be hanging out?
Posted: Jul 12, 2012 6:09 pm
there is never a guarantee on sam's balls
Posted: Jul 12, 2012 6:20 pm

They were GREAT!
Posted: Jul 13, 2012 10:43 am

...otherwise not my favorite GF lineup, but this could very much be due to the fact that I guess I don't keep up with new bands anymore because I have never listened to quite a few of these.
Posted: Jul 13, 2012 1:18 pm
Nice representation of good local bands. That'll be a treat for all of you out-of-towners.
