He's pretty killer as sleazy old rocker in a Law in Order episode based on the Whitesnake inferno.

Also, Lee Ving was in the movie Clue.

Whoa, cannot believe nobody mentioned The King, me included!

I'd have to go with King Creole, although Roustabout is pretty good, Follow That Dream, Wild in the Country (smoldering w/Tuesday Weld), Viva Las Vegas, Jailhouse Rock, Paradise Hawaiian Style, Blue Hawaii, and maybe even as a priest in Change of Habit!

I don't know if they were any good or not, but I heard that Eddie Murphy guy, who sang "Party All the Time", was in a movie or two.

Apparently, Don Johnson --"Heartbeat" and Bruno himself, Bruce Willis, also dabbled in acting.

Billy Redden in Deliverance, although I'm not sure he was a musician or acting. Nevertheless, he was dang fun to have a gander at.

Steve Earle does a good job in "The Wire."

the Pogues in Straight To Hell

actually Straight to Hell is a masterpiece
hard to deny Zander Schloss as the Weiner Boy

and Courtney gives perhaps an even better, certainly more annoying, performance than People vs LF

Strummer was great but not as good as his performance in Mystery Train

Meatloaf in Spice World

Meatloaf and Jools Holland could've used some more screentime in that stinker. Although Jools seemed bored out of his mind, which might have stunk it up even more. The drill instructor/dance instructor was the funniest bit.

The Spice Girls only really shined at the end, that big live number and the end credit gibberish.
