If that's the case, then it really doesn't matter, does it.

I'll take "Show Don't Tell", then.

I've never listened to a Rush album, only heard what's on the radio.
I know the singer sounds like a lesbian.

if youre not a rush fan, start it at 1:15
heres a very simple one camera hand held video capturing one of their best songs
raw and without all the video effects and overdubs
just a killer rock trio with some catchy as fuck riffs, no BS.

Anthem. Fly By Night is the only RUSH you 'll ever need.

Tough question but if I had to choose I guess Id go with Anthem as well. It's quite the rawkin song not to mention where we were introduced to the octopus on the drum kit.

the only rush you need is the first s/t LP...when they were an actual rock band..after that they got neal peart's shitty, non-swingin' ass and started to write about trees and dumb shit.

Its more of a contradiction in terms than an oxymoron.

Trees.
Just because it reminds me of something that would be used at a campfire session at the Ren Fair.

Neal Peart is the best drummer ever. Neal Peart is pretty white. Neal Peart is a really good Canadian drummer. Neal Pearts drum set has 100 different cymbals and drums on it. Neal Peart is your dad.

he is probably as good as it is possible to be without a third arm. he deserves his ridiculous drum set because he actually plays it creatively and isnt just playing the same fills on different drums/cymbals.

except the fact he cant swing or drive a song...just tiddle-tap bappity bappity cling clang stiff faux poly rhythmic boringness.
