picked up that "Armchair Boogie" Goner has for sale and was reminded of Willie Nelson.

I dig this record, this Armchair Boogie you speak of... Don't actually have it, really, just a CD-R to listen to at work, but I enjoy it nonetheless...

went to his web page and ordered that first one he did on folkways..he's playing in The Dalles soon, but last time I went there the train I rode dumped the boxcar on a side track and I was stuck

You should go see him. He is always great live, but you have to put yourself in the right mindset and pay attention. Then he wraps you up in his strange world. He's a very entertaining and expressive guitarist as well. I love his records, Armchair Boogie is definitely one of the strongest, next to Blueberry Wine (CD reissue of Folkways recordings).
