Poseur. You're not listening to any "Zamphier", unless it's a bad bootleg. Everyone knows his name is Zamfir, gee whiz...

Eddie Floyd "Set my Soul on Fire" early ('62) one from Eddie...probably has replaced "Big Bird" as my fave Eddie side

Terry Reid S/T...used to think that "Super Lungs" was the only thing time worthy on this LP, but actually it is great from beginning to end.

Larry Williams "Love Charms" previously unreleased track from his Specialty era that has just been issued on 45. So good.

Pinkish Black LP...just keyboards and drums and a thousand times heavier than 99% of the bullshit metal bands out there

Adios Gringo test press...new LP about to be released, easily the greatest piece of heavy music to ever come out of Tennessee. Amazing.

Redd Kross "Teen Babes from Monsanto" this cassette didn't leave my car in High School...pretty much what clued me into the Stooges and Bowie being that i was stupid kid in a Metallica t-shirt. Glad to have a copy again.

Funkadelic "Hardcore Jollies" pretty much some of the greatest rock guitar playing recorded.

Om "Adviatic Songs" long bass and drum stoner jams, now with sitars and shit. Far out.

Pic-nic - S/T

and I just got Dan Melchior's new album today, which also makes me sad.

That sounds very cool! We do a very butchered version of "It Won't Hurt" in our set.

Good luck!

Right now I'm listening to the soundtrack for the Dreamcast game - Napple Tale - composed by Yoko Kanno, and it's incredible.

My newly aquired collection of rare Coon-Songs!

This is important:

All Coon songs are NOT by Johnny Rebel.

Johnny Rebel is NOT Johnny Horton or vice-versa.

Johnny Rebel DID record in J.D. Miller's Excello studios, same ones used by Slim Harpo and many others who preferred to be called "Negroes."

"Coon Shootin' Boogie"... I forgot who did that one. You Google it.

Broadcast - Work and Non Work

That's an excellent album.
