Has anyone heard the Peps or Fabulous Peps version and how does it compare?

I've heard this also done by Andre Williams. What album or albums can that song be found on?

Or does anyone know of the Ronnie Love version comped (vinyl) ?

This was originally recorded by Ronnie Love on the D-Town label. Haven't heard the Fabulous Peps version but they recorded some fantastic tunes. Here's the Ronnie Love version....

They are the same version. On the same label. The Ronnie Love issue is superior due to a mastering that features a louder lead vocal.
