The crumb tray on my toaster is the most metal thing I've ever read. I can't remember exactly what it says, but it's something along the lines of "remove tray to clean out crumbs".

The Dirt - Motley Crue (I hope they wrangle control over the movie back from foot-draggin MTV films!)
Diary of a Drug Fiend - Aleister Crowley.

Some of the snippets I've read about Caswallon were pretty damn metal too.
