Seminal fluid would be analogous to vaginal fluid, not blood, so it's not a direct comparison anyway. Someone who specializes in the medical field would be more qualified to speculate which one of those would likely contain the most germs, viruses, and STD's.
I would think in a month more semen tends to be excreted than menstrual blood
If you donate blood, you know the wide swath of people they weed out based on possibility of passing on blood born pathogens. Besides, the context of the post was per encounter, not a monthly tally.

is not the equivilent of saying men find girls disgusting, but everybody has their turn-offs. To some guys, it's the monthy flow. More than a few ladies don't care for a guy with a hairy back.
