"porcella" was on many critics "best of 2005" lists and people here on the goner board liked it too.

you really need to learn how to spell, Penis.

I like it. Not really garage - but who the fuck cares...it's good.

exactly my point.

Why are you assuming "Penis" don't like it just cuz it's not garage? Maybe he just thinks it sucks. I don't even know what it is, but I bet it sucks.

Anybody heard anything about a new release date for the LP?
Posted: Feb 19, 2006 8:44 pm

it's catchy. but i could add it to that thread of records (or at least songs...track5) i listened to too many times and have become stale, which means I was pretty into it.

It's nothing to knock your dick in the dirt over. Actually I think it's terrible. That's my two cents on it.

i think it shows a remarkable growth in both performance and songwriting.

Its a great album. I don't think its as good as Ode to Joy but not too much is. I think the double-LP version is going to be out next week.

I just realized this is the Deadly Snakes. I had no idea what was going on. I liked 'em live about 6 years ago (was lucky enough to see 'em with Greg O) but I never even liked their other records enough to give 'em more than a spin. Didn't hate 'em, just didn't care.
