We have been on tour now for 2 weeks and geronimo is yet to get wood. I personally don't care for his cock but Hector is getting anxiuos about this situation. We need to let u guys know - besides that we love you - that we don't have gear. Ideally we need 2 guitar amps, 1 bass amp and about half a kit. Thanks to all who have helped out so far, there's not much more we can do to show our appreciation except to tie up that alienator fellow and beat off on him if we meet up in his town

I saw the show last night at Otto's. Good stuff there! Ding Dong Lounge is way the hell uptown. There's a site for it here .. www.dingdonglounge.com

the ding dong lounge rocks... it's on 106th and columbus i think... what can be cooler than a punk rock bar in harlem with djs every night... way too uptown for the hipsters.
they don't have shows too often, but have had dmz, ranuch hands, cosmic psychos and some other stuff...

The Sailors were great tonight despite numerous technical problems, really bad opening bands, and a shitty crowd. But cheers to them for bringing the rock despite that.

Tonite the Sailors are in Detroit at the Lager House.

Tomorrow they're at the Roche in Port Huron!!!

great show last night at cal's.
starvations were good, but kind of had variations on one song/theme, but it was good to hear some nick cave, crime and the city solution, roland howard euro-trash type stuff rev'd up a bit.

Did you talk to them, Arman? And did you get a ride home with Carole? YOu guys were gone when I was done drunkenly saying my goodbyes. I think I scared Victor or whatever the hell his name his when I tried to pin a Shit Sandwich button on his shirt.

Goubler - It's sad you have this Greg problem (you know, he's really NOT the center of the universe as you suppose, to his extreme relief, I'd bet).

But truly, I fear your fixation prevents your critical attack of other subjects. You have great attack skills; I hate to see them wasted.

I believe that what we don't like defines us. I'd like to know what else you don't like. Other than my comments and questions that is.

Just to increase your comfort level,I'll tell you something I don't like: I don't like prissy bastards who don't worship the Sailors. Any prissy bastard who doesn't understand the value of the Sailor's gift and give it back in kind, that prissy bastard is just a worthless piece of shit basically demanding to be reduced to a sweltering heap of blood, nerves, and bones.

None of this applies to bastards who are not prissy, of course.

That just an example. Feel free to invent your own. There's plenty to dislike in this world, don't restrain yourself to just one or two things.

Personally, I'm not prissy, and I'm not a bastard, but I find the Sailors quite refreshing, with enjoyable clarity and substance.
