Hey Bo!
I think the Buc or Murphy's will work out. The bands involved are:
Ultra Cats
Moto cover band
Double Fantasy(White Stripes cover band)
But like I said, I gotta put one foot in front of the other until August 30th.

MH is the opposite of a "fat ass." I'm just bugging her about coming to the Double Fantasy show dressed as Renee Zellwegger
(who is so oddly thin that she looks like a pez despenser).

Awww Lacey, it's allright. I'm comfortable with being a fatass. I'm down to 480 now, so I just might squeeze into that Renee costume by Halloween after all!
Hey Slob - your name kinda implies that you might be in the same Lane Bryant boat as myself. Wanna go terrorize some buffets?

Louie/Conrad,
Do you wanna play drums for fake MOTO? They all have the exact same drum beat. Tap tap tappy tap tap..........We Are The Rats, Catamaran, Let's Nail It To The Moon, Deliver Deliver Deliver and Suburban Fighting Crest. I think those will fit Zac's uh vocal range - and my limited guitar rock abilities. I'll make you a tape.

sure, i'm in. in one way it would be easier for me afterwards, because i've got a wedding to go to before hand, but i kinda think the barbecue earlier idea has possibilities of being better, because it's going to be a long night. i could skip the wedding without too much of a big deal. i'm up for either.

We may have everyone now. No Louie. No Scott. And with a shift in who plays what. I may have to do the tap tap tappy tap tap part (drums). If I can do it with two hands hitting my knees, that means I can do it with two sticks, a snare and a floor tom. And maybe a cymbal. Right? What are you using, Lacey?

Either me or Alicja will bring our drum set. Mine is red, so I'll probably want to bring it in accordance with our theme. MoTo Fake-o or The UltraCAts are always more than welcome to use it.The show with The UltraCats & Double Fantasy is definitely pre-Oblivians show BBQ. I hope that works. I would really like MoTo Fake-o to play with us!!!

Look, Lacey/Angela, this fake TV relationship just isn't working out. We both tried, but it's over.

How about let's try John Ritter and Suzanne Sommers...........can't remember the other girl's name (who you'd be better suited to, I think) ? Andy can be Don Knotts if he wants.

Just hung out with The Other Lacey From Memphis who moved here a little while ago. She knows a lot of you people. Nice girl.

Hi, I talked to Michelle at Murphy's today and it is booked there. It'll be a FREE show. For any outta-towners who'll be coming in town for the Halloween weekend/Oblivians festivities here's a little info... Murphy's has liquor drinks and food, and it's just a few minutes from the Hi-Tone. There's also a Vietnamese restaurant right next door that has strong coffee and pretty good food, and a lesbian bar across the street with Keroke. Bands please e-mail me for details at alicjat@hotmail.com.

What are the hot dog cooking options at murphys?

I guess we'd like to set up a grill in the parking lot and cook a few hundred hot dogs. they'll be free of course, although by eating a hot dog you'll be agreeing to having your likeness posted on the internet.

would the bar have a problem with that?

I'll know for sure by the end of the week. The show is DEFINITELY still on, it maybe minus Double Fantasy, but plus DJ Messy Lacey Elliot.I'm so shattered about the whole thing. Friday Oct 31
Free show & hotdog cookout
-Ultracats

-Double Fantasy
-this venue is across the street from a Piggly Wiggly, next to Tucker's Wings,(cheap vietnamese food) Pho hoa bihn, a pinball machine...great location and they serve their own food too. They've got liquor drinks and beer and will serve it in a timely manner. A $20 bill probably will not confuse them either.Much thanks to Alicja for puttin' it all together!

I've noticed a lot of your posts are about men fucking other men in the ass and men eating other mens assholes. You also have a problem with couples who have kids. Look, if your gay, I got no problem with gays. You can come to the show in drag, I won't beat you up. All you gotta do is "come out" and say it. Amazing that out of about 1200 songs you could narrow it down to 5 or 6. What time does (we R) the rats wanna play at Murphy's? Is 6pm cool? Then 6:45 for Double Fantasy, 7:30 for Ultracats.
