I think Dtrain posted a bit back that Pancho's Cheese dip could, in fact, be considered a condiment.

This weekend, I will slather some on a hot dog. I will let you all know.

Ingredients:
2 lb Kraft American Cheese (the one in the blue box, do not use Velvetta ever!)
1 can Rotel - mild
1 can Rotel - hot
2 ts Garlic powder
2 ts Cumin
1/2 ts cayene pepper
1 can Water
Method:
Bring all ingredients except cheese to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Cut cheese into cubes, process in blender until well blended. Serve at room temperature with warm tortilla chips. If u want a lil sugar in your tank add a can of sparks.

Pancho's dip is not the best idea as condiment. If used, best used if serving is less than 1 tsp. Makes bun soggy.

I could be wrong, but the condiment factor should enhance the flavor of the hot dog, not overwhelm it.
