Goner Message Board / Memphis / Hot Biscuits

Free Wheelin'.
Locals in '78 going for the Mahivishnu Orchestra play, but the Jeff Beck/Allman Bros. licks hold them back. Synth like Price Is Right or In Search Of...
B-side has british lyric sensibility without the accent. Terminal Boredom would not classify it as city rock because there is no saxaphone, or some stupid shit, but the keys and licks make up for it. Chorus reminds me of SAMBEAUX's old joke.

Buy it for Free Wheelin' alone.

Robert Hall has always been great...His work with Network, Zuider Zee and Jerry Lee Lewis was/is fantastic. I'm proud to have him in Jeffrey and The Pacemakers.
