That one is not open for dinner but the chef high-tales it out to the one at Ridgeway and Winchester to cook dinner. He put a lot of money into renovating that one -looks good!

But it's open for lunch? We're getting together for lunch on Friday.

Deja Vu on Florida is great. Haven't been to the one out East.

I was curious if the one out east was going to be as good, but I had some friends in town on a Friday night, and they wanted some cajun, so we went out to the Ridgeway location, and we all agreed it was a really amazing meal. Nothings changed at all, except it's way out, and kinda swankier. Food was so great. Just wish it was closer.

Man, just got home from Deja Vu, and the food there is really, really good. Better oyster poboy than I had the whole time I was in NOLA last September! I was drooling everytime someone else's plate came out of the kitchen, too. My vegan friend was really happy to eat there.

I'm going back to that place!

Peg asked 'em if they would open up a Deja Vu in New Orleans since no one does what they do down there... great folks & great food.

I used to work at Deja Vu when it was on Brooks.

They've got the best jambalaya I've ever had in a restaurant.

Yeah! The best craw etouffee ever. It's all I ever order there. Also, the greens are great and I always get the grilled cabbage too. Next time, I'm going to try a sausage poboy and peach cobbler.
If they had a place here, I would eat there three times a week. Ok, now I'm sad.
