This is not any kind of conspiracy, so take your tin foil hat off, I was just thinking back about the old days and was wondering what these people ended up doing with their lives.

who are you, oldschool82? here's a brief run-down on what I know:

Andy Campora - found God, quit punk rock.

Mike Moore-Slit Wrist Band - he's on facebook, still lives here.

Darren "Most Hardcore" Yarborough - died of cancer.

Castle Edward-Pazuzu - married Jenny, moved to the Pacific NW, has 2 kids.

Mark Zuzu-Pazuzu - married Leslie, I think had a few kids, may still live here although I haven't run into him in years.

Mike Donovan-Metro Waste - think he still lives here, not sure.

Spencer Minch - last I heard was a chef in NOLA, married with kids.

Van Henderson - I think a chef in NC, but not totally sure. loved this guy though!

Tina Harber - she was my friend on myspace a few years ago, but I'm not sure of her details.

Steven Hickey - was living in New England, I think he's in Alabama now. has a daughter; I think he's a tech guy.

Kim Holliman - moved back here and was my roommate in the late 1990s, moved away, moved back. I am not in touch with her.

Greg American - I think he's living out west, not sure.

Angerhead - still here, has a genius '80s hardcore cover band that plays at Poplar Lounge.

Hi Andria, I am Rob, I lived in Memphis for about 2 years, a long time ago and these people stuck in my memory as well as a hell of a lot of good times back then. I remember you, didn't you date that pazuzuu singer tim?

Andria, do you have any idea why kemo died? I can't understand what happened because if he was a fireman and EMT, he would have to pass physicals and such, So, I don't get it. Kemo was one of the first people that I met in the scene way back when. I am very saddened by his death.

Also Darren Y., what did he die of, was it Liver Cancer?

hey Rob, yes I did date Tim, pre-Pazuzu when he was in Slit Wrist!

I am not certain what happened with Kemo, I heard he had a heart condition but haven't run into anyone who had contact with him in recent years.

re: Darren, I think it was stomach cancer. In later years he had mellowed somewhat and was working as bouncer at Poplar Lounge. I ran into him at a police auction of all places and at the casino a few times, other than that saw him in Midtown. I have no idea what happened to Danika or their kid, who must be 16-18 by now...

did some googling and discovered that Spencer is one of the hottest things going on NOLA's culinary scene, which is no small feat -- he's cooking at Emeril's Delmonico.

I used to do the Memphis scene reports for MRR, so I guess it's appropriate I'm providing the updates!

Mike Donovan moved back to Little Rock. Still there. Won't leave the confines of the clinic, I'm told. Sad.

They have the same flair for fashion. That guy was always coked to the gills though and Muck seems laid back.
