so a friend of mine "me" put to many clothes in the old washin machine first time for everything.anyways who else has a friend like that and how much did it cost to get the spin cycle stripped piece "i have a hunch" replaced?dryin my wallet in anticipation.

I've got the exact same problem. Find the model number of your machine, google it, etc. It's probably pretty cheap.

http://www.applianceaid.com/washers.html http://www.partselect.com/ plus there's a parts supply place on American Way (look in Yellow pages for name and address). Be sure you know the correct cause /part because you usually can't return/exchange parts.

So should I look up a handyman on craigslist? not sure how to find a local repair guy.. or just google a washing machine repair I guess?
