Thanks everybody...and again, many thanks Bob!

How was the Soul Shake?

You better ask somebody else. I couldn't make it, so I sent my sub "Buck Childers" and I heard he was drugged and in bed by 1:30. Sissy.

I heard T-ROY made it though...

I bet T-ROY was the first ever to dance on top of the T-RON machine in the Hi-tone.

Dude, indeed! A GREAT big-up! Buck, I'm still spinning them local gospel 45s I got last time we were over and, without fail, someone ALWAYS comes up and asks who it is - some dude came up one night after I'd spun Moving On, and said "That was the best record I've heard in YEARS!"

He'd got his flies buttoned, and his eyes were pointing in roughly the rite direction, so I took it as a compliment! But that really, of course, belongs to the crate digger, yer good self...

"McCalla amassed a sufficiently rich selection of LPs to make the move to regular club deejaying." - what about the 45s, then?!?!
