Hey folks. This might save you a little time. It's the review from ipunk.com...translated from Spanish of course.

THE COOL JERKS: "Cleaned To Lot Of Plates In Memphis".

- -
(SFRI). This disc comes to confirm that in any band in which is Jack Oblivian (for my one of the best musicians of the planet), it is of a tremendous quality, if you are as I and you like the rock and roll you are going to be totally hooked to his music. Precious cover and incredible thirteen cuts and to top it all the vinyl edition is of red color menstruation, can be requested more, I believe that no. The band forms Jack Yarber (Oblivians, Tearjerkers) guitar, David Boyer (Neckbones) guitar, Forrest Hewes (Neckbones) battery and to the low Scott Rogers .

This it is his album of debut, engraving in Nashville and produced by own the Cool Jerks . Its music authentic R'N'R with capital letters mixed with the Memphis Soul, sung with passion, halfway between the Oblivians - without sounding so primitive, crude and scrap dealers, and the Neckbones, as it could not less be. Jack, David and Forrest, write subjects the same.

Throughout forty minutes you will be able to enjoy great subjects, "Memphis Again Blues" - that opens the face To, "Man and to woman" - to but pure Neckbones style, "Let it go and rock" - sing David and Forrest, "Friend Of to Loner" - it is of Jack Or and it demonstrates its excellent compositiva quality, "Can't Quit" - to the purest Oblivians style, "Skip to Beat" - electrico rock-to-blilly, Elvis is joined with Robert Gordon, "Not the only girl in town" - without doubt the plus blues of all with riff and very pegadizo refrain, "Got damned again" - half time rocker with I touch of blues, "Certified Fool" - a wild subject and with much class, "You really Got to hold On Me" - fantastic version of Smokey Robinson the Rock'N'Soul plus with organ, "Who You Running' To" - another one where David and Forrest sing together, "Why Can't I..." - energetic guitar with refrain and falsettos in the voices.
I believe that it is not necessary to say more, does not stop of sounding time and time again in my cave, with this is I suppose that already I have waked up your curiosity, so to what delays? cómpratelo already.
