been working on one at work and it's not really turning out like I like.
Easy. Take a cube steak and go flour, egg wash and flour and then fry. They need to be the proper thickness so that they are cooked through and nice and golden brown on the outside. Too thick and the middle isn't done and the outside is burned.

1 or 2 eggs to a pint of milk. it shouldn't be too thick.
