They call it the John T. Edge burger and it's done "Oklahoma Onion Burger Style." It's the best burger I've had in Memphis by a large margin. It's only available Thursday, Friday and Saturday late night, after 9pm. It's cooked medium-rare with the onions, mustard and pickled lettuce. Nothing else can be added nor subtracted which is fine because it's perfect as-is.
Highly recommend it.

I eat there all the time. Great great spot. Reuben and Philly chicken cheese at lunch kill it.
