Negatives - Stakeout/Love Is Not Real 7" (Paramecium)

"The Negatives were the first (and the best) punk from Bradford. They were formed in 1978 by Pete Stobbs (guitar), Bob Robinson (bass), Tino Palmer (drums) and Dave Wilcox (vocals). All began with an ad in the Melody Maker and next year they released the single, 1000 copies, 500 of them were sold in one day in the 'Guy Watson' shop in Bradford.
Only the first 100 copies of the original release had hand-drawn sleeve. We have chosen one of them for our reissue of 500 copies! They split in the beginning of 1980. The rest it’s Punk history.
You know this single is a (fucking) collector item, now you can get it without spent all your wage. I know that love is not real, but we love these songs!" - PARAMECIUM RECORDS
