M.o.t.o. - Shitty Kids 7" (Secret Mission Records)

New Low Price!  "I hate to infer that we are in the middle of a MOTO resurgence of late since, beginning in 1981, I don't think True Believers in the Caporino gospel have ever been hard to find. It just seems like there's a whole lot of MOTO going on lately, which is certainly a good thing for you and I. This three song EP documents Paul backed up by a crack outfit of Pittsburgh session men, culled from bands as diverse as Test Patterns, Icon Gallery and Rot Shit. "Shitty Kids" kicks off with one of the punkest MOTO tunes in some time, "I Think Of You and I Die" is another of Paul's lovely odes to the wonders of relationships,  On the B-Side Mr. C throws us a curve ball, and instead of writing a song about dicks and/or sex he gives us "Guitars are Like Clothes", which really makes a lot of sense once you hear him tell it. Delivered with the sharpest pop-edge of the record, he also manages to slip in a reference to his brain sack, making everything right in the world once again. Another spectacular entry in the hit machine that is the MOTO catalog. 500 copies, full color pocket sleeves and download included.
