Leather Uppers Bright Lights cd (Goner)

Freakin AMAZING new lp from these flamboyant fellows from north of the border. Leather Uppers began in the early 90s, released a bunch of 45s which were later compiled as a cd and then, 10 years later, as a vinyl lp, both now out of print yet legendary in underground rock circles, full of insidious guitar riffs and whacked-out party-rock lyrics. Imagine our delight when we heard that "THE LEATHER UPPERS ARE BACK!" and ready to release a new lp/cd .... on GONER! WHOAH! But we could never anticipate how great their new material was... until they debuted some at Gonerfest... and blew old and new fans' minds with their rock!

Seriously, we love these guys, their record just keeps getting better and funnier the more we listen to it, and you will be hearing lots from Classy Craig and Groovy Greg as they tour on this lp this year in Canada, the US, and in Europe. Did someone say "Keep on rocking? I think it was me!"
