Same here. Always such a waste and a mess to clean up. Not cheap either.

Smoked turkey, cherry glaze, cherry wood smoke
Rotisseried Duck, satsuma mandarin glaze
Smoked Beef Pastrami, made from scratch
Gravy
Stuffing
Brussels sprouts
Mashed Potatoes
Roasted Butternut Squash
Macaroni and Cheese
Challah
Cranberry Relish
Pecan Pie
Meyer Lemon Pie
Pumpkin Gelato

I think some other stuff too

To brine or not to brine, that is the question.

Cannot believe these people buying pre-brined and paying turkey prices for a 20% brine salty water "solution".

i'm just salting mine with a little herbs de provence. i'd rather have turkey on the dry side that i can slather with gravy instead of salty, mushy meat. save the brined turkey for the deli counter.

Yeah I have never brined one yet. Just doing breasts this year, too.
