Buy good rice, I like the Texamati. 2 to 1 water to rice, a little salt and a little butter. Bring the ingredients to a boil, cover and turn down to a low simmer. Cook for 15 minutes, turn off heat let sit for 10 minutes while still covered. Fluff with a fork. If you use "regular" rice, rinse before cooking.
