You can boil these or fry these. If you boil them, they take like 7 hours to cook. If you fry them, you have to boil them for less time, then smother them with seasoned flour, and fry them up. By the way, they smell bad, and you will be stuck with that smell on your hands for days. If have to clean chitlins before you clean them. If they come in buckets, they will be rougher and more disgusting to clean.
