last night i seasoned some pork chops with olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, sage and granulated garlic. let 'em sit in the fridge for a couple hours, then grileld 'em, brushing with canoila oil. made a dipping sauce out of 7-up, bbq sauce, ketchup and pepper, simered for about 15 minutes, but it wasn't really even necesary. the chops were packed with flavor. baked some potatoes, too, and had some broccoli salad on the side.
