What do you eat on new years for good luck? I have the requisite black eyed peas (with tasso and mustard greens) and corned beef and colcannon. It was almost hard to find corned beef here in austin, didn't used to be a big deal.

Oh and some sausage stuffed mushroom caps and a muffaletta for a warmup.

yum, colcannon! That's a tradition I need to start.

light dinner today: southwestern egg rolls (almost threw in blackeyed peas) with an avocado crema, grapefruit and avocado salad, and champagne. And recording, which is the actual tradition.
