I went to New Orleans. Saturday was a crawfish boil/wedding reception.
I ate like a pig.
Sunday was Easter with my Greek Adoptive family. We cooked four lamb shanks, 4 boston butts (all over rotisserie), untold number of souvlaki and sausages, Spanikopita, Some kind of crazy cheese stuffed phyllo concoction, tons of salads and veggies, all kinds of appetizers, Ten cases of Mythos beer, 15 gallons of daquiri's, three handles of jack, 3 cases of wine and a water or two. And, a belly dancer. We did not eat the belly dancer.
