WW pasta is a gimmick!
For extra health benefits with my noodles, I add to the sauce part. Extra veggies, peppers, garlic, or olive oil. If extra fiber/vitamins are important, there's this sprouted/ground flaxseed supplement that I've sometimes used. You sprinkle it on foods and it blends well with pastas, and keeps well in the freezer.
DeBoles makes some good artichoke angel hair, and even their rice spaghettis are better than the whole wheat stuff.
