i chopped some pecans real tiny and mixed them with brown sugar and chili powder, while cooking some maple bacon in the oven. then i sprinkled the mixture on top and cooked some more. i wish i had added more chili powder or maybe red pepper. definitely less involved/delicate than regular pralines. i want to try with ice cream. nom nom nom. i also found a recipe for bacon! bourbon! brownies! that i will try after christmas while i'm off.
