You alone are responsible for the material you post. You may not post content or links to content that is libelous, defamatory, offensive, obscene, racist, abusive, that violates a third party's right to privacy, that otherwise violates any applicable local, state, national or international law, or that is otherwise inappropriate. You will indemnify Goner Records, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims and/or damages (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from any claim brought by any third party relating to content you have posted. By Registering for the Goner Bulletin Board or posting to the board you agree not to: upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing; harm minors in any manner; impersonate any person or entity; forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted; upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual property right; upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or junk mail; upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code; disrupt the normal flow of data or otherwise interfere with any data communications; intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the SEC, NASDAQ, FTC, FBI, or other federal or state agency; stalk, or otherwise harass another mention any other music retailer except in a negative, sarcastic, or disparaging manner speak ill of hot dogs, tapirs, beluga whales, pelicans, hedgehogs, skateboarding chimpanzees, the International Goat Days festival, or manatees. You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. It is the policy of the Goner Records Bulletin Board to terminate Membership privileges of any Member who repeatedly infringes the copyright rights of others upon receipt of prompt notification to by the copyright owner or the copyright owner's legal agent. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Goner Bulletin Board in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information: (i) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (ii) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (iii) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Goner Records Bulletin Board; (iv) your address, telephone number, and emailaddress; (v) a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (vi) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
