Hi everybody it's John Darnielle from the Mountain Goats. March 18th through April 6th I'll be doing my first solo tour in some years, accompanied by John Vanderslice, who will also be rocking it solo acoustic style. The winner of this auction will have his or her name placed on the guest list at every venue of the tour. Will the winner also be able to bring a friend along? Of course! The Mountain Goats would not deny you the plus-one that is your birthright.
To sweeten the pot (or sour it, depending on how you feel about things), the winner will be able to attend a soundcheck. Maybe even two soundchecks, depending on how deep into his usual on-tour-psychotic-depression thing John D. gets this time around. But one soundcheck for sure! Plus all the shows you can make it out for! I'm starting the bidding at what I hope is a nice easy low entry point in case there's nobody who can really make a whole lot of shows in a row. But if you can make a bunch, then bid high! Let's help Anna!
